摘要
研究了各种成分对MgO CaF2 Al2O3 MnO渣系焊剂焊接工艺性能和熔敷金属中扩散氢含量影响的规律,并在此基础上研制出了一种碱度BⅡW为2 3、脱渣性良好、焊缝成形美观、熔敷金属中扩散氢含量达到低氢水平、与合适的焊丝配合适于焊接有-20℃低温冲击韧度要求、且抗拉强度达到650MPa级的低合金钢埋弧焊焊剂。
The regularity of every ingredient influenced the technical characteristic and the diffused hydrogen content for the deposited metal of agglomerated flux with MgO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3-MnO slag system has presented. Then, an agglomerated flux for submerged-arc welding of low alloy steel is prepared based on it. It has the easily doffing ejector and the favorable welding formation. The diffused hydrogen content for the deposited metal reached the level of low hydrogen. This flux matched with a suitable welding wire reached the need of low temperature impact toughness at -20℃ and the tensile strength of the deposited metal reached 650Mpa.
