摘要
目的: 研究颅脑创伤后神经细胞凋亡的机制.方法: 采用重型闭合性颅脑创伤大鼠模型.利用免疫组化方法,动态观察大鼠颅脑创伤后海马区Apaf 1的表达.结果: 假手术组及正常对照组海马CA2区未检测出Apaf 1蛋白的表达及凋亡阳性细胞.创伤组大鼠伤后6h(A=0 047±0 008)海马CA2区出现Apaf 1蛋白表达, 24h(A=0 182±0 028)达高峰, 48h(A=0 121±0 016 )即有所下降.结论: 脑创伤后Apaf 1表达增加可能造成神经细胞凋亡.
AIM: To study the mechanism of nerve cell apoptosis after traumatic brain injury (TBI) .METHODS: The model of severe closed traumatic brain injury was used and the expression of Apaf-1 in hippocampus was dynamically observed in rats after TBI by means of immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: The expression of Apaf-1 was not found in the hippocampus in both sham operation group and normal control group.The expression of p53 protein was found in the area of CA2 in hippocampus at 6 h (A=0.047 0.008) after TBI in rats.The expression reached the peak at 24 h (A=0.182 0.028)and decreased at 48 h.(A=0.121 0.016 )CONCLUSION: The increased expression of Apaf- 1 may lead to nerve cell apoptosis after TBI.
