摘要
目的: 研究数字化虚拟人体肝脏数据集图像中肝脏及肝脏管道结构特征.方法: 采用虚拟中国人女性一号(virtu alChinesehumanfemaleNo. 1VCH F1)数据集肝脏部分的连续断面图像进行观察.结果: VCH F1数据集含有875张肝脏连续断面图像,断面间距为0 2mm,无信息缺失,图像所显示的肝脏断面中肝动脉、肝静脉、门静脉和胆道结构以及肝脏与周围相邻组织关系清晰,数字化摄影分辨率为3024 ×2016像素,每个断面图像文件大小为17 5MB,数据量14 2G.结论: VCH F1数据集肝脏段图像清晰,结构显示完整.
AIM: To study the morphological features of the hepatic sectional anatomy of digitized virtual human database.METHODS: Sectional anatomic structures of liver were observed and analyzed on the whole series of hepatic images taken from the digitized virtual Chinese human female number 1 (VCH-F1) database.RESULTS: The VCH-F1 database contained 875 serial hepatic images without any loss of data,each with the slice thickness of 0.2 mm ,a resolution of 30242016 pixels and 17.5 MB in size,and the total hepatic database was 14.2 GB in volume.The hepatic anatomic structures,including the hepatic artery,the hepatic vein,the portal vein,the bile duct and the cholecyst,were observed clearly via relevant images.CONCLUSION: The image information of the liver parenchyma,the hepatic veins,the hepatic artery,the bile duct and the cholecyst displayed on the series of sectional images of liver from the VCH-F1 database is clear and complete.
