串珠镰孢杭州变种的可溶性蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 被引量:7

摘要 本文比较研究了镰孢属李瑟组的串珠镰孢杭州变种(Fusariummoniliformevar.hangzhouense)、串珠镰孢原变种(F.moniliformevar.moniliforme)、串珠镰孢中间变种(F.moniliformevar.intermedium)、胶孢镰孢(F.subglutinans)等镰刀菌的菌体可溶性蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱。结果表明,种间蛋白质图谱差异明显,种内变种间差异较小。串珠镰孢杭州变种与胶孢镰孢蛋白图谱差异显著,与串珠镰孢的其他2个变种间的蛋白图谱较为一致,不足以区分为新种。本试验进一步支持串珠镰孢杭州变种的建立。同时表明,菌体可溶性蛋白图谱在李瑟组镰刀菌的分类和鉴定上具有重要意义。 In this paper, a comparison of polyacrylamide electrophoresis of soluble protein patterns from ZAUF 1606 of F. moniliforme var. hangzhouense with three other isolates of Fusarium species in section Liseola, i.e. ZAUF 77 of F. moniliforme var. moniliforme, ZAUF 1727 of F. moniliforme var. intermedium and ZAUF 127 of F. subglutinans, was made. The results showed that protein patterns with the obvious differences among species and with the close resemblances among varieties of the same species. which docs not warrant ZAUF 1606 a new species from F. moniliforme. This supports the view of Wang et al. (1992) that ZAUF 1606 was treated as a new variety of F. moniliforme, i.e. F. moniliforme var. hangzhouense. Our study indicates that soluble protein pattern by electrophoresis is an impartant method for use in idenfification and classification of species and varieties of Fusarium in the section of Liseola.
