咪唑类化合物对家蚕绢丝腺和卵巢发育的影响

Effects of imidazole compound on development of larvae silk and gland pupa ovarian growth of silkworm:

以家蚕５龄幼虫为材料，研究了咪唑类化合物“金鹿”对家蚕幼虫绢丝腺及蛹卵巢发育的影响。结果表明：“金鹿”在５龄９６小时添食处理，具有促进绢丝腺发育和抑制卵巢发育的作用。为进一步探明咪唑类化合物的增丝机制和卵巢发育的激素调节机制提供有益的启示。

The effec t of “Jin Lu”, a kind of imidazole compound on development of silk gl and of larvae and ovarian growth o f pupa of silkworm were studied by using the fifth instar larvae as m aterials in the experiment The re sult showed that “Jin Lu” could pr omote the develoment of the silk g land and check the growth of ovary if the fifth instar larvae were su pplied with mulberry sprayed by “J in Lu” after 96th hours of their f eeding The result afforded us val uable ideas for further study on t he mechanism of filament increasin g and the hormonal regulation of o varian growth caused by imidazole compound
