苯二氮类化合物对丝毛乌骨鸡某些消化代谢活动的影响

摘要 为论证苯二氮类化合物BZs对丝毛乌骨鸡消化代谢活动的促进作用,作者研究了丝毛乌骨鸡日粮中添加20ppmBZs对其2月龄的增重、小肠内容物蛋白酶活力、常规养分和氨基酸消化率及血液中生化指标等的影响。结果表明:①试验组与对照组平均活重分别为47560±652克与4240±8417克,提高1217%(P<005)。②试验组的小肠内容物蛋白酶比对照组提高70%(P<005)。③从日粮中干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维与无氮浸出物表观消化率看,试验组比对照组分别提高438%、924%、503%、157%与451%消化单位。从17种氨基酸表观消化率看,试验组均有不同程度的提高。④试验组血清β-脂蛋白比对照组提高966%,尿酸下降1188%,总蛋白接近。综合上述结果,BZs对丝毛鸡具有促进蛋白质有效沉积的作用,从而达到增重。 This paper was to determine the effect on activity of digestibility and metabolism by adding 2 0ppm BZs into the diet of Silkei The results of this experiment showed that (1)the mean of liveweight of 60 day old silkei of treatment group and control group was 475 60±65 2g and 424 0±84 17g respectively, increasing by 12 17% (P<0 05); (2)the activity of protein enzyme in small intestine of the broilers at the age of 60 days in treatment group was significantly increased by 7 0 (P<0 05); (3)2 0ppm BZs in the diet of silkei significantly increased the digest unit of the apparent digestibility of the dry matter、 crude protein、 ether extract、 crude fiber and N-free extract by 4 38%、 9 24%、 5 03%、 15 7% and 4 51% respectively, as well as increased the apperent digestibility of amino acid; (4)β-lipoprotein in serum of silkei was increased by 9 66%, while uric acid was decreased by 11 88%
