摘要
通过对F1和B1F1各代花粉不育度的遗传分析,证明黑珍米对珍汕97A和协青早A的恢保关系不同,前者受隐性不育基因控制,后者受一对部分恢复基因控制。不育株的柱头外露率比可育株低785%,变异较大,可通过选择提高,果皮颜色与花粉不育度无相关性。本文还就转育紫黑米不育系的可行方案进行了讨论。
