环境条件及基质对试管苗移栽成活率的影响

Effects of Different environment and medium on the Transplanting Survival rate of Plantlets in vitro:

由于试管苗通常在圃地移栽成活率低，本文研究了环境条件和不同基质对试管苗移栽成活率的影响。试验结果表明：用珍珠岩∶焦糠（１∶１Ｖ／Ｖ）作基质，红瑞香、花叶芋、菊花及大花萱草等４种试管苗在驯化室中的全年移栽成活率可达８９５～９５５％，夏季荫棚下红瑞香和花叶芋为９００～９２５％，且成活苗生长茁壮。

The survival rate of the transplanted plantlets in vitro is usually low in nursery bed. In this strdy, the transplanting survival rate of the testtube plantlets is 89 5～95 5% by using the medium of the perlit: carbonized chaff (1∶1V/V) for the 4 species Daphne odora Thunb, Caladium x hortulanum Hort. ex Birdsey, Chrysanthemun moriflolium and Hemerocallis hybridus in the acclimatized room in the year round, and 90 0～92 5% for 2 species D. odora Thunb and C. x hortulanum Hort. ex Birdsey under the shading in summer. All the survival plantlets grew strongly.
