摘要
由于试管苗通常在圃地移栽成活率低,本文研究了环境条件和不同基质对试管苗移栽成活率的影响。试验结果表明:用珍珠岩∶焦糠(1∶1V/V)作基质,红瑞香、花叶芋、菊花及大花萱草等4种试管苗在驯化室中的全年移栽成活率可达895~955%,夏季荫棚下红瑞香和花叶芋为900~925%,且成活苗生长茁壮。
The survival rate of the transplanted plantlets in vitro is usually low in nursery bed. In this strdy, the transplanting survival rate of the testtube plantlets is 89 5~95 5% by using the medium of the perlit: carbonized chaff (1∶1V/V) for the 4 species Daphne odora Thunb, Caladium x hortulanum Hort. ex Birdsey, Chrysanthemun moriflolium and Hemerocallis hybridus in the acclimatized room in the year round, and 90 0~92 5% for 2 species D. odora Thunb and C. x hortulanum Hort. ex Birdsey under the shading in summer. All the survival plantlets grew strongly.
