摘要
新光S是从籼粳复交组合2490(籼)/粳3(粳)∥MR365籼F2群体中,发现的天然不育株系统定向选育育成的一个光温互作型水稻核不育二用系。新光S株型紧凑,剑叶挺直,分蘖力中等偏强,开花习性好,柱头白色肥大,外露率74.89%,在30°N地区播始历期为80~102天。新光S不育期花粉败育彻底,可育期育性较高。其育性受光周期和温度的共同影响,在中、低温(231~241℃)下受光周期控制,长日不育,短日可育。15h长日处理,231℃和241℃时套袋自交结实率为067%和130%。30℃高温处理可使花粉完全不育,与日照长度无关。其光温反应特性与现有的水稻二用核不育系有很大差异。新光S与农垦58s衍生系培矮64s及自发突变温敏不育系安农S-1的核不育基因不等位,它与籼粳稻杂交均有较好的亲和性,在亚种间优势利用中可能具有重要意义。
癤inguang S” is a newly developed photoperiod/temperature-sensitive genic male-sterile rice (Oryza sativa ) from a Indica×Japonica multi-cross 2490 (Indica)/Geng 3 (Japonica)∥MR365 (Indica). It has good agronomic traits and out-crossing characteritics, with a stigma exsertion rate of 74 89% 20% heading needs about 80~102 days when sowed in Hangzhou from April to July. In the phytotron where three temperture (23 1、24 1、30 1℃) and three-day length (12 5、14 0、15 0h) were set, Xinguang S was grown under the nine possible temperature-day length combination conditions Xinguang S showed completely sterile both at long day (14 0~15 0h) and high temperature (30 1℃) treatment, while at short day (12,5h)/low temperature (23 1,14 1℃) treatment, it had a seed set of 51 7 % and 23 5% respectively. F 1 hybrids of Xinguang S crossed to both Indica and Japonica rice were fertile, suggesting Xinguang S have some wide compatiblity. Genetic analysis showed the genetic factors controlling the male sterility of Xinguang S were nonallelic to those of Peiai 64s and Annong S-1.
