本文着重介绍新型硅栅CMOS逻辑电路74AC系列的主要特性及其与其它电路系列,特別是第三代双极型TTL 74ALS的比较。该电路系列兼具CMOS IC低功耗、高抗干扰、宽电源电压和温度范围以及双极型高速、强负载能力等特点,其优值更优于现今的其它诸电路系列。可望用它来取代74ALS。

A new generation high speed CMOS logicadvanced high performance silicon gate CMOS logic 74AC series has been manufactured recentiy. In this paper, special stress is laid on describing the main characteristics of this new generation logic series and its compazison with those Of other logic series, esplelally the third generation bipolar TTL 74ALS.The results obtained Indicate that the new generation logic series 74AC possesses both features of classical CMOS logic's low power dissipation, high noise immunity, wide supply voltage and work temperature range, as well as the bipolar logie's high speed, strong driving ability, and its Q value, i. e. the propagation delay-power dissipation product is the best of al: the other logic series today. It is possible to replace the 74ALS by using this new generation logic 74AC.
