摘要 在学生思想品德教育中,教育者的外部要求与学生的内在心理总是存在着矛盾的,这个矛盾贯穿整个教育过程的始终。教育者通过使外部要求适应学生的内在心理来解决这个矛盾,并在新的基础上使外部要求“超越”学生的内在心理,促使两者之间矛盾的产生,并加以解决。如此循环往复,在每个新的阶段上又获得新的质,达到新的水平,从而使学生的思想品德沿着教育者所要求的方向不断向前发展。 In the process of ideological and moral education for students , there always exists contradiction between the external demands of educators and students' internal psychology, which permeates the whole process of education. The educators tried to solve the contradiction through making the external demands suit students' internal psychology. On the basis of this , the educators try to make the external demands surpass students' internal psychology and thus accelerate the rising of the contradiction and solve it. In this way , new quality will be obtained from every new period with a new level , and we can make students' idea and morality continuously develop as designed by educators.
