浙江省的洪涝灾害及减灾对策研究

A Study on Flood Disaster and Measures agains It in Zhejiang Province

浙江省全省性的洪涝灾害较多，局部性的洪涝灾害年年发生，给工农业生产和人民生命财产造成了极大的损失。扼统计．洪涝灾害是制约本省经济发展的最严重的自然灾害，并且由于人为因素的作用，洪涝灾害还有不断加重的趋势。本文分析了洪涝灾害的成因，提出了相应的减灾对策。

In Zhejiang,flood disaster is common as it occures almost every year in some ponts there,As aresult,it makes serious loss to the industry, agriculture,and people’s life and property there,statistiesshows that flood is the worst disaster damaging the economic development in Zhejiang. Moreover,flooddisaster tends to be more serious because of some man-made factors. The cause of the flood disaster is analyged in this paper and corresponding measures against it is suggested.
