摘要
本文简要分析了老年急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）的临床特点：症状不典型、无痛性心肌梗塞多，伴发病和并发症多；再发ＡＭＩ多，病死率高。阐述了老年ＡＭＩ急诊处理的原则，具体用药及并发症的预防和治疗。井提出了院外治疗的重要性。
This Paper analyses Briefly the clir1ical characte ristics of the senile AMI,that is,the symptom being not typital;more painlesS AMI:more accompanied diseases and complications;more re─attack- ing AMI;and high death rate.
