摘要
本文介绍了配气凸轮在一定的工作条件下,满足曲率半径、接触应力、平均效率和油膜厚比等动力性能指标,使基圆半径、凸轮厚度、导路长度等结构尺寸最小的综合优化方法,并探讨了实现凸轮CAM模拟的若干问题。
This Paper introduces the comprehensive optimization method of minimized structure size of base circle radius and cam thickness and track length of dis- tributing cam,under prerequisite to distributing cam meeting power perfor- mance index about curvature radius and contact stresses and average efficiency and thickness ratio of oil film,under given conditions of the work.Several problems on achieving CAM simulation of the cam have also been discussed.
