摘要
通过对固溶态Cu 2 .3 7Ni- 0 .5 8Si- 0 .3 9Cr合金时效过程中电导率变化规律的分析,利用多项式拟合、样条插值等数值分析方法,导出合金在一定温度下时效时,电导率关于时效时间的一元方程以及关于时效时间、温度的二元方程。结果表明,在5 15℃时电导率获得最大的增量,时效后的电导率数值最大。二元电导率方程在5 0 0℃时的最大偏差值为2 .17%IACS。计算值与试验值呈现出较好的吻合性。
Based on the analysis of changes in electric conductivity in the aging process of solid solution treated Cu-2.37Ni-0.58Si-0.39Cr alloy,both the simple equation of electric conductivity via aging time and binary equation of electric conductivity via aging time and temperature at a certain temperature were derived by polynomial fitting and spline interprolation.The results show that the calculated values is well in agreement with the experimental ones.
