摘要
以5种典型的精密铸件为例,在铸件的内圆角处会产生缩松(孔)缺陷,即令加大圆角半径也未能消除缩松(孔)缺陷。经试验,将这些铸件的内圆角改为45°倒角后,缩松(孔)缺陷基本消除。
Although the fillet radius was increased,the shrinkage porosity (hole) appeared in inner round corner of five typical castings in investment casting cannot be eliminated.The experimental results show that the shrinkage porosity (hole)can be eliminated by changing inner round corner to 45° Chamfer angle.
