摘要
介绍了国产催化剂NA(1)在聚丙烯HYPOL工艺上的试应用,分析了催化剂的性能,通过采用合适的催化剂配制参数及对关键生产工艺控制,催化剂性能满足装置生产均聚物及共聚物的需要,应用结果表明:NA(1)催化剂与进口催化剂和其他国产催化剂性能相当。
Application of domestic catalyzer NA(1) in polypropylene unit with HYPOL technics was introduced. The catalyzer properties were analyzed. The catalyzer properties met the demand of production of homopolymer and copolymer through adopting right confection parameter of catalyzer and controlling pivotal production technics. The results of application showed that the properties of NA(1) catalyzer, import catalyzer and other domestic catalyzer were equivalent.
