超声波扫描术可以检查在静态或者动态情况下的人的肌肉,也有报道用超声波扫描术来估计人的手臂或者手的肌肉和神经。但目前还没有研究报道超声扫描肌肉空间变化时得到的图像变化和相应的关节运动之间的关系。我们把超声扫描肌肉时得到的动态超声图像以及从中得到的动态信号称为“声肌图(sonomyography)”,简写成SMG。本文提出了SMG信号的概念,对手腕进行屈伸运动时在前臂采集到的SMG信号使用图像处理法进行了初步的研究分析,并讨论了其潜在的应用价值。
Sonography has been widely applied to the examination of human muscles in both static and dynamic conditions. Many studies were also reported on the sonographic assessment of muscles and nerves of human and hand. To the authors's knowledge, no study has been reported on the relationship between the dimensional changes of muscles obtained by sonography and the corresponding joint angles. In this paper the dynamic ultrasound image of muscle and the derived dynamic signals, termed sonomyography (SMG). is introduced, and a preliminary analysis of SMG sampled from forearms during wrist flexion-extension is made based on image processing. Potential applications of SMG are mentioned.
