云南省农业技术进步对农业经济增长贡献的实证分析

A Positive Economics' Study on Economic Increasing Contribution that is Affected by Agricultural Technology Advancing in Yunnan Province

农业技术进步对农业发展及其现代化起着重要的、不可替代的作用。本文首先简要分析了农业技术进步与经济增长的关系,然后运用C-D生产函数就云南省改革开放以来的农业发展情况作了简要分析。选取农业总产值、劳动力投入、化肥施用量作为变量,找出制约农业经济增长的关键因素,并从政策环境、资金投入、教育投入等方面对云南省未来农业的发展提出几点建议。

Agricultural technology advancing plays an important and unique role in the development of agriculture development and its modernization. This paper analyzes the relationship between technology advancing and economic increase in agriculture, and then uses the C-D model to analyze agricultural development since the beginning of our country's reform and opening in Yunnan Province. This paper uses the agricultural gross output value, quantities of agricultural labor and fertilizer as the related variables to find out the key factors that restrict agricultural economy. Finally puts out some suggestions for agriculture development in the future based on circumstance policy,investment of capital and education, etc.
