高粱细胞质雄性不育的分子遗传研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高粱细胞质雄性不育(CMS)有7种类型,即A1~A6和9E.线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的异常重组、突变、缺失等现象被认为是CMS发生的重要原因.对CMS育性的恢复是通过细胞核基因来调节线粒体基因的表达而实现.叶绿体DNA(cpDNA)的变异也可能与CMS存在一定的联系.
