通过对西部地区高校图书馆经费投入和支出情况进行的深入分析,探讨高校图书馆应如何改革经费管理模式,提出在加大对该地区高校图书馆投资力度的同时,应通过调整经费支出结构,提高投资效益,节约成本,优化资源配置来提高办馆效益。

Through deep analysis of funds input and expenditure of university libraries in western areas, the article probes into the issue that how university libraries should do to reform their management mode of the funds, and propose that we should adjust their funds expenditure structure, improve the benefit of investment, economize the cost, and distribute resources rationally to improve the benefit of running the libraries as well as increasing the funds input of the university libraries in western areas.
