摘要
以壳聚糖为主要成膜材料,并辅以其它助剂,配制了一种新型、安全无毒的香梨涂膜保鲜剂。测定了该膜的通透性能,结果表明,壳聚糖膜对CO2和02具有较好的选择透气性能。用该保鲜剂对香梨进行保鲜试验,结果表明在常温下,保鲜液中醋酸浓度为0.5%,壳聚糖浓度为1.5%-2.0%即有比较好的保鲜效果。
A preserving agent that keep fragrant pear fresh was formulated with chitosan as main ingredient, which can form a preserving film on fruit surface. Preservation test showed that this agent delivers good performance. And also, the permeability of chitosan film was studied. It was found that chitosan film has good selective permeability toCO2and O2.
