摘要
在聚酯 (PET)的制备过程中 ,加入了间苯二甲酸 (IPA) ,已二酸 (AA) ,5 磺酸钠间苯二甲酸乙二酯 (SIPE) ,聚乙二醇 (PEG)和自制改性单体 (IA)等物质合成了水溶性聚酯 (WSP)。通过用傅里叶红外变换光谱 (FTIR)对WSP样品进行化学结构表征 ,证实了共聚酯大分子链中SIPE的存在。讨论了改性单体SIPE引入后 ,WSP共聚酯的结晶性能的变化。讨论了单体的化学结构、溶解温度、高聚物表面积、表面活性剂、电解质和pH值对WSP水溶性能的影响。并通过海岛纺丝的水溶性实验证明 ,所合成的水溶性聚酯具有良好的纺丝性能。
The water soluble polyester(WSP) was prepared by adding modifying components such as dimethyl terephthalate(TPA), dimethyl isophthalate(IPA),adipic acid(AA),dimethyl isophathalate 5 sulfonic sodium (SIPM),polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ethylene glycol(EG). The existence of SIPE is proved by the FTIR analysis. Tested the melting temperature, viscidity and other properties. And studied the crystallization capacity through DSC and X ray. Discussed the influences of chemical structure, temperature, surface area, surface active agent, electrolyte and pH value on the water solubility of copolyester. Then studied the solubility of WSP in the organic solvents. And also discussed the spinning ability of the water soluble polyester.
