摘要
Gooderham&Worts
The Gooderham & Worts distillery, a whisky plant that was one of Toronto's largestindust rial facilities, is among North America's best preserved examples of 19th century factory architecture. After it ceased production in 1990, the distillery became focus of civic planning attention, and a plan was completed in 1994 but little redevelopment occurred. The redevelopment of the distillery in 2001 planed to conserve all the buildings and make artists, craftworkers and cultural events centrepieces of the district's revitalization.
