13例人工颈椎间盘置换术患者手术前后的护理 被引量：33

摘要 人工颈椎间盘置换术是一种治疗颈椎病的新技术.报告了13例(17个节段)人工颈椎间盘(Bryan disc)置换术患者手术前后的护理.术前主要介绍人工颈椎间盘的知识,并进行体位练习和健康指导;术后指导患者克服恐惧心理,早期进行康复锻炼,讲授出院后注意事项.本组术后1d下床,JOA评分由术前7～12分上升至术后13～16分,Odom评级8优,5例良,未发生护理并发症.认为手术前后给予正确的指导和护理,有利于患者术后早期功能锻炼,减少颈托制动时间,保证手术疗效.
