摘要
利用四氯化碳或半乳糖胺引起原代培养大鼠肝细胞损伤模型,以培养液中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性变化为指标,研究了10种中药材水提液的护肝作用。结果表明:黄苓、紫珠草、白芍(2.0~50.0mg/ml)具有显著的抗肝毒作用;秦皮在2.0~50.0mg/ml虽使肝细胞培养液中ALT显著降低,但主要为直接抑酶的结果。对黄苓、紫珠草进行小鼠CCl4肝损整体模型验证,亦显示有显著护肝作用。
The effects of some traditional Chinese crude drugs on carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-and dgalactosamine (d-GalN)-induced cytotoxicity in primarily cultured rat hepatocytes were studied.The ALT level in the culture medium was measured after treatment as a sign of antihepatotoxic effects. The results showed that the water extracts of the root of Scutellaria baicalensis, the leaf of Callicarpa cathayana and the root of paeonia lactiflora at the doses of 2 mg/ml all the proved to bear significant antihepatotoxic effects. Although Cortex Fraxini at the doses of 2~50 mg/ml lowered the ALT level, it showed the same inhibitory effect on ALT activity.
