摘要 作者利用电子自旋共振法(ESR),就1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)和卡托普利(CPT)对离休缺血再灌注家兔心肌组织中氧自由基(OFR)水平的影响进行了研究。结果表明,缺血后再灌注初期,离体兔心肌中确有大量的OFR形成,FDP和CPT均有清除OFR的作用。从而论证了FDP和CPT对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用确与清除OFR有关。 Effects of FDP (10mmol/L) and captopril (CPT, 200μmol/L) on oxygen free radicals (OFR) in the ischemic/reperfused rabbit hearts in vitro were studied by means of electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR). The ESR spectra obtained in our experiments directly demonstrated large amounts of OFR in the isolated rabbit hearts during early stage of reperfusion. And both FDP and CPT were found to be able to efficiently scavenge OFR generated during reperfusion. These result indicated the protective effect of FDP and CPT on myocardium after reperfusion injury was associated with OFR scavenging.
