摘要 目的探讨特发性葡萄膜炎患者红细胞免疫粘附功能与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的异常改变及其临床意义。方法对20例特发性葡萄膜炎患者红细胞的免疫粘附功能及其SOD活性进行测定并与正常人进行对比分析。结果特发性葡萄膜炎患者红细胞C3b受体花环率为12.62%±4.38%,此结果显著低于正常人(19.56%±3.61%,P<0.01);患者红细胞SOD的活性为832.5U/gHb±236.7U/gHb,也显著低于正常人(1876.8U/gHb±362.6U/gHb,P<0.01)。结论红细胞的免疫粘附功能及其SOD活性的异常下降与特发性葡萄膜炎的发病密切相关。 Objective To determinate the abnormal changes in the immune-adherence function and supper oxide(SOD) activity of erythrocytes from the patients with idiopathic uveitis and its clinical meaning. Methods A comparative study of the immune-adherence function and SOD activity was performed between 20 patients with idiopathic uveitis and health donors. Results A significant difference was seen in the positive ring perception of RBC C3b between the patients with idiopathic uveitis (12.62%±4.38%) and the controls ( 19.56%± 3.61%,P<0.01). And SOD activity in erythrocytes from the patients (832.5 U/gHb±236.7 U/gHb ) was significantly lower than the controls (1876.8U/gHb±362.6U/gHb, P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal decreases in immune adherence function and SOD activity of erythrocytes have a close relationship with the development of idiopathic uveitis.
