机械通气治疗早产儿肺出血96例

Clinical Analysis of Mechanical Ventilation Treatment for Premature Infant Pneumorrhagia 96 Cases

目的分析肺出血早产儿围产特点及治疗方法。方法对我院96例肺出血早产儿围产因素、治疗与预后进行回顾性分析。结果高危妊娠所生患儿肺出血几率高以妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)为首发因素,而窒息为早产儿肺出血主要高危因素。结论早诊断、早治疗可提高治愈率;治疗要早期机械通气而不唯机械通气;综合治疗同样不可忽视。

Objective To systematically review the perinatal characteristic and the therapy of the premature infant pneumorrhagia.Methods Make a retrospective analysis about the perinatal factors,therapy, prognosis of the 96 premature infant pneumorrhagia. Results The premature infants have a high incidence in pneumorrhagia whose mother had sufferd from the high-risk pregnancy(HRP),the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH)the most important factor.The asphyxia is a high-risk factor for premature infants pneumorrhagia on primary diseases .Conclusion The treatment is early mechanical ventilation and the using of hemostyptic and supportive treatment are also very important.The early diagnosis and the treat ment can early improve the cure rate.
