随着因特网的迅速普及,与信息爆炸相对应的是人的注意力资源的稀缺性。注意力成为一种重 要的资源,它的出现对电子政府产生了深刻影响。注意力经济下的电子政府建设,应该通过创造政 府品牌网站,以公众为中心建设参与型政府、回应性政府和人性化政府。
In the process of the fast spread of the Internet, what has been increasingly in contrast to the information bang is the scarcity of people′s attention resource. The attention resource, having become an important one, can produce a profound influence on an electronic goverment. Hence the paper suggests that, under the conditions of an eyeball economy, the construction of an electronic government should aim at making it participatory, responsive and humanized by means of creating the government brand website and centering on the public′s benefit.
