摘要
在分析京九铁路建设系统结构与特性的基础上,阐述了运用系统工程原理组织京九铁路建设的思路与方法,揭示了铁路建设系统运行与控制的内在规律,总结了京九铁路建设的成功经验与体会,为我国大规模的铁路建设提供了有益的借鉴和启迪。
On the basis of analyzing the structure and characteristics of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway Project, the paper expounds the thinking and method of applying the systems engineering principles in organizing the Project, reveals the inherent laws of operation and control of the railway construction system and summarizes the successful experiences gained in construction of the Project. The achievements and inspiration provide a salutary lesson for construction of large-scale railway projects in China.
