摘要介绍了碳纳米管材料的特性、结构及制作 ,对存在的问题作了说明 ,讨论了在大尺寸 FED器件中的应用。 The property, structure and manufacture of carbon-nanotube are introduced in this paper. The problems in the development of carbon-nanotube are described here. Its application in large FEDs is also discussed.
