摘要
本文针对多用户汉字信息处理系统对快速访盘要求与Cromemco System Ⅲ访盘慢的矛盾,在分析CDOS文件系统结构和软盘驱动程序设计的基础上,找出CDOS访盘慢的主要原因,并说明要实现连续盘区存贮应解决的几个技术问题。最后提出软件相应改进措施并重新改写驱动程序,提高访盘速度一个数量级,解决了多用户汉字分时系统的瓶颈——访盘速度问题。
The paoer treats the demand of quick access disk by Multiuser Chinese Character Processing System and the contratiction of slow access disk of Cromemco System Ⅲ. On the basis of analysising the structure of CDOS' file system and the design of diskette dirver the paper tries to find out that the main cause why CDOS access disk is slow is due to the complication of data structure, transfer time between adjacent sectors is too long, and interlaced sector storage is used. The paper also treats a few technical problems which should be resolved for sequent sector storage. Finally, the paper puts forward the measure of improving software and redesigning the driver to raise a quantitative level of the speed of the access disk, to resolve the speed of access disk—the 'neck of a bottle' of Multiuser Chinese Character Processing System.
