Existentialism is a kind of humanism

存在主义产生于二十世纪20年代,盛行于40—60年代,现在已经式微的一哲学流派。它以关切人的境况,尊重人的价值为标榜。所以,萨特等存在主义哲学家认为“存在主义是种人道主义”。就其关切人境况,尊重人的价值这一层面来讲,是值得肯定的;但就其所讲的不是现实的人不是一定的生产关系、社会关系下的人,而是孤立、抽象的人这一层面来说,他们是唯心主义的。

Existentialism is a kind of philosophy school that originated in 1920s,popularized in 1940s-1960s, and now it ebbs.It proclaims that it concerns men's situations and respects men's values,Therefore,some phi- losophers researching on Existentialism think that Existentialism is a kind of Humanism.It is positive in relation to its concerning men's situations;but it is also negative because it thinks of men as isolated while it doesn't think of men as actual and the men are deprived of particular productive relationsand social relations.
