This article analyzed the problems of the Party construction among the cadres in Hebei Polytechnic Uni- versity and put forward the approaches to resolve the problems.Some effective work should be done with the princi- ple of complying with the strict disciplines,maintaining the arthority of the Central Committee,ensuring smooth communication,strengthening the sense of CPC member,enhancing unity,and increasing working efficiency.
