摘要
民营企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,改革开放20多年来,民营企业的发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但多数民营企业在创业发展的过程,在人力资源的管理上存在许多问题,从而妨碍了民营企业的快速发展。分析了民营企业人力资源管理的现状,提出了加强民营企业人力资源管理的对策。
Private enterprise is the most important part of sociallsm market economy in China. With the reform and
open to the world more than 20years,Private enterprise has made the out standing progress in its development. But when the most private enterprise start a business, there are many human resource problems in management which hinder the fast development of private enterprise. This paper analyzed the present condition of human resource management of private enterprise, i.}eanwhile bring up the suggestions which can enhance the human resource man-agement of private enterprise.
