摘要 在市场经济竞争的环境中,企业开展关系营销有利于建立顾客的忠诚度,提高经济效益,优化其生存环境;但目前我国企业运用关系营销中存在着一些问题;为此,应树立正确的关系营销意识,提高企业员工的素质,塑造企业诚信道德文化,积极寻求合作机会等措施来解决实践中存在的问题,促进关系营销的健康发展。 In the environment of economic competition of the market,that enterprises launch the relationship marke- tiong helps to set up the customer's loyalty,increase economic effciency,and optimize its living environment.But there are some problems while using relationship marketing in enterprises of our country at present.For this reason, Enferprises should establish correct relationship marketing consciousness,improve enterprise's staff quality,mould enterprise's sincere moral culture,seek such measures as the cooperative chance,etc.to solve the problems that exist in practice actively,and promote the sound development of relationship marketing.
