摘要
清末新式司法机构的运作中采取了一系列的进步措施,体现出诸多先进的法制观念,同时也不可避免地出现了许多弊端,弊端的出现说明了改革之艰难。但无论怎样,中国的司法制度开始走了近代化的道路。
The modern judicial organization at the end of Qing Dynasty adopted a series of the advanced measures and showed a lot of advanced legal concepts.There were many maladies inevitably,which showed the difficulties of the reform.However,the judicial system of China had stepped on the road of modernization.
