摘要
采用川厚朴新生愈伤组织为试验材料,进行染色体制作新方法的研究,并就川厚朴染色体核型进行了分析,其结果显示:川厚朴体细胞染色体数为2n=38,其中中部着丝点染色体(m)为16对,近中部着丝点染色体(sm)为2对,近端部着丝点染色体(st)为1对,其核型公式为K(2n)=38=32m+4sm(2SAT)+2st.
The article introduced a new method of chromosomes preparation by callus of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and then analysed the karyotype of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. The results showed that the chromosome amounted to 38. The karyotype formula was K_((2n))=38=32m+4sm(2SAT)+2st, among which there were 16 pairs of metacentric chromosomes(m), 2 pairs of submetacentric chromosomes(sm) and 1 pair of acrocentric chromosome(st).
