摘要
采用均苯四酸酐与氨基乙酸合成了酰亚胺二元酸单体,此单体与乙二醇、聚乙二醇熔融缩聚合成3 种不同软/硬段比例分别为7/3,6/4,5/5的耐高温聚酯酰亚胺聚醚嵌段共聚物。通过红外光谱与氢谱确定 了酰亚胺二元酸单体的化学结构,DSC测定其熔点为358℃;利用显微熔点仪、乌式粘度计测定了共聚物的 熔点和特性粘数,3种共聚物熔点分别为232,248,260℃,软/硬段比例为7/3的共聚物的特性粘数为1.12 dL/g。将共聚物熔融纺丝,可纺性较好,纤维在120℃较160℃热定型效果好。
Three types of refractory poly(ester-imide-ether) block copolymer with soft-and-hard segment ratio of 7/3,6/4 and 5/5 were prepared via melt polycondensation from bisimide dicarboxylic acid prepared from pyromellitic anhydride and glycine, ethylene glycol and poly(ethylene oxide) diol. The structure of bisimide dicarboxylic was characterized by FT-IR and H NMR. The melting point of this monomer was determined as 358℃ by DSC. The melting point of three block copolymers was measured with microscope as 232, 248 and 260℃, respectively. The intrinsic viscosity of the block copolymer with soft-and-hard segment ratio of 7/3 was measured as 1.12 dL/g with a Ubbelohde viscometer. This copolymer exhibited good spinnability during melt spinning, and the resulted fiber had better heat setting effect at 120℃ than at 160℃.
