儿童精神发育迟滞危险因素的多元回归分析

Multiple statistical analysis of risk factors on mental retardation

[目的]探讨精神发育迟滞的危险因素,为有效控制精神发育迟滞的发生提供依据。[方法]通过回顾调查216户家庭,运用多元Logistic回归分析儿童精神发育迟滞的影响因素。[结果]孕期营养、孕期疾病、孕期未补充相关元素、孕期生活事件、亲子交流少、孕母年龄、分娩因素、新生儿疾病和婴幼儿疾病影响儿童精神发育迟滞的发生。[结论]应从生物、心理和社会因素全方位加强孕产期保健以降低精神发育迟滞儿童的发生。

[Objective] To discuss risk factors of mental retardation and provide the effective basis of reduce the occurrence. [Method] By retrospective investigation and multiple Logistic regression,the rick factors were analised on 216 families of mental retardation. [Results] Malnutrition, diseases, no supplementation of relative nutrients, life events during pregnancy, absence of communication between parents and children, gestational complication, age of pregnant women, birth factors, neonate diseases and infants'diseases were the affecting factors on children mental retardation. [Conclusion] Comprehensive health care,which include biological, psychological and social fields, during pregnant and puerperal period should be strengthened to reduce morbidity of children mental retardation.
