摘要
分析了现有离线标定系统的不足,提出“双数据区”实现在线标定的设计方案,并进行了标定系统软件开发。系统基于等长结构、固定地址和指针切换的数据管理机制,实现了发动机控制MAP图数据的实时动态修改;ECU和标定平台间的通讯协议高效可靠;用户标定界面提供了友好而灵活的人机交互环境。在国产新型电控发动机上的应用研究表明:系统可显著提高标定效率和精度。
Based on the analysis of conventional off-line calibration tools, a new online calibration system with double database range has been developed, which is composed of the following three parts. An efficient database management including equal-length structure, fixed addresses and point switch, have been designed for the real-time modification of MAP database. A special calibration protocol provides reliable and effective communication between ECU and PC. A friendly and flexible interface has also been developed for man-machine interaction. Experiments on new-style homemade electronic controlled engine show that efficiency and precision of calibration has been enhanced remarkably.
