摘要
分析了纯甲缩醛、甲缩醛与柴油混合燃料的理化特性,针对甲缩醛易挥发的特点,探讨了其作为柴油的添加剂供油系统所需采取的措施。在DF2135型柴油机上,未对燃料系统做任何改动,进行了甲缩醛的掺烧试验,考察了混合燃料中甲缩醛的浓度以及供油提前角对发动机排放和热效率的影响。试验结果表明:在柴油中添加5%到10%的甲缩醛可使发动机的碳烟排放明显下降,并使热效率有所提高。
The physical and chemical properties of pure methylal and the blends of methylal in conventional diesel fuel are presented. Methylal was found to be more volatile than diesel fuel, and special precautions for distribution and fuel tank storage are discussed. Steady state engine tests were also performed in an original DF2135 diesel engine to examine the effects of methylal blend concentration and fuel delivery advance angle on emissions and thermal efficiency. Substantial reductions of smoke opacity have been demonstrated for 5% to 10% blends of methylal in diesel fuel, meanwhile, the thermal efficiency increases.
