摘要
以科学发展观推进西部生态环境保护,是实施西部大开发战略的根本。本文在对西部大开发战略和科学发展观进行分析的基础上,结合西部生态环境现状,探讨了加强西部生态环境保护的意义和对策。
It is the base of implementing the western development to advance western ecological environmental protection with the view of scientific development.This paper which is on the basis of analyzing the western denelopment and the view of scientific development,combining the current situation of western ecological environment,has probed into the meanings and countermeasures about environmental protecetion which should be taken in the western development.
