薄膜反注培养基法监测加温后的碘伏消毒效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨碘伏加温前后用于术前皮肤消毒效果的差异,及薄膜反注培养基法的实际使用效果。方法设计薄膜计数培养器,采用薄膜反注培养基法对室温碘伏(2 5±1℃)及加温碘伏(37±1℃)手术消毒范围采样培养,观察其消毒效果的差异,并进行方法验证。结果 加温碘伏术前消毒效果优于室温碘伏,两者差异有显著性(t =6 .39,P <0 .0 1) ;薄膜反注培养基法与倾注法的相对误差率为9.1%。结论 对用于术前皮肤消毒的碘伏加温不会降低其消毒效果;薄膜反注培养基法用于含菌量少的样本检验有明显的优点。 Objective To explore the difference in pre-operative disinfection effect of iodophor on skin before and after it is heated and evaluate the method of injecting culture medium beneath filtration membrane in practice. Methods A new kind of filter counter-culture dish was designed to culture the samples taken from the skin that had been disinfected with room temperature iodophor (25±1?℃) and heated iodophor (37±1?℃) respectively. Results The effect of heated iodophor was better than that of the room temperature one. There was significant difference between two methods (t= 6.39, P< 0.01). The relative error between injecting culture medium beneath filtration membrane and pouring method was 9.1%. Conclusion Heating doesn't decrease pre-operative disinfection effect of iodophor. The advantage of the method of injecting culture medium beneath filtration membrane to detect samples with less bacteria is obvious.
