摘要
区域的发展离不开区域的创新和人才资源,而人才资源的培养和开发又依赖于现代大学。因此,首先从现代大学的功能及其发展特征出发,探讨了现代大学及其规模发展对区域发展环境、区域政治建设和区域经济发展的重要影响。
Regional development can′t be off regional innovation and manpower resource,but cultivation and development of manpower resource are mostly dependent upon modern universities. Therefore, important effect of modern university and its scale expansion on regional development environment, regional government construction and regional economic development is discussed in this paper. And it indicates that modern universities obviously have positive role on regional social civilization and high-tech development.
