摘要
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,国家创新系统对一国的科技及经济发展越来越起着关键作用。主要对美国国家创新系统的运行作了较为细致的分析,认为其做法值得我国合理借鉴。
With the development of science and technology, the national innovation system plays more and more crucial role in the development of science and technology and economy of a nation.The paper mainly discusses the national innovation system of America,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of the national innovation system of our country.
