摘要
基础研究绩效评估作为一种科研评估的新模式,已成为现代科研管理的重要手段。本文分析了我国基础研究评价的现状,从科技管理的角度。
As one of the new modes in the field of scientific research estimate, the performance estimate of foundation research has become a key pathway in scientific administration. Here we analyzed the status quo of foundation research estimate in China. We also probe into the problems about how to advance the performance of foundation research in our country from the point of view of the scientific administration.
