摘要
试图通过对目前制约我校博士后工作发展因素的分析,寻求解决的办法,进一步完善我校博士后工作运行机制。
With the analysis of the restraints of our university′s postdoctoral work, the paper intends to seek solutions to perfect the operating mechanism of postdoctoral work, and to develop the university′s postdoctoral work into a new level.
