摘要
针对当前沥青混合料研究方法的局限性,分析了国内外该领域的研究现状与存在问题。介绍了沥青混合料数字化方法及常用的力学分析方法。给出了运用微观力学方法研究沥青混合料的基本思路,即以二维和三维混合料数字图像为基础,数字重构沥青混合料微观结构,研究基于微观力学的沥青混合料集料接触模型,建立基于离散元的混合料微观空间结构的力学模型,应用离散元方法和微观力学理论分析该模型在劲度模量试验中的力学行为,进行沥青混合料劲度模量的虚拟试验。通过试验检验与校准,得出具有高可靠性、高精确度的劲度模量力学预估方法。
The research methods of asphalt mixture are usually based on continual and homogeneous mechanics, which can not reflect the microstructure, so it is necessary to study the performance of asphalt mixture in micro-scale. It can replace the traditional mix test with the new method, develop asphalt mix with high performance using micro mechanics method. The new research progress was reviewed, a basic principle of studying mix with micromechanics was introduced, it is to reconstruct the microstructure of mixture based on 2D and 3D mix digital image, then to set up the DEM micromechanics model of mixture space structure by studying its contact models. The mechanic behaviors of this model in the virtual test of mixture stiffness modulus will be analyzed by distinct element method (DEM) and micromechanics method. Then a new method for estimating stiffness modulus will be oblained with high reliability and precision.
